I believe the ports are going sonic, I shaped the ports into a Delaval nozzel which narrows the port has into a diamond shape of blue gas. Boost rise times are faster then before. Video duration: 195 seconds I ported and half polished this cast manifold and sprayed it with a ceramic coating on the inside and on the outside for better thermal insulation. The old 5 bolt flange plate is a nightmare and slows the turbo down way to much, its not the cast collar like everybody thinks is the problem, its the small port that creates back pressure and reduces exhaust velocity.
