During 2006, Sean Sime, Shane Blodgett and decided to do a big NYS Birding Year. We trekked from as far east as Montauk Point and up to Niagara Falls, trying to observe as many species of birds as possible. It was, at times, exhausting, but we had a lot of fun in the process.
